Five OWLS- This book really struck me in some way. I am going to remember it - and probably even consider it a favorite. I would recommend it to any and all, and will over and over until people are sick of me talking about it because I have no social skills. You’ll find me talking about it to friends, to fellow bloggers, to random unsuspecting victims browsing the shelves in book stores, etc… Also, I have applied for a marriage license for me and this book and no I don't think that's weird at all why do you ask why are you looking at me like that?
Four OWLS- I really liked this book. It is close to perfect. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a book in its particular genre or just a very good read. I don’t love it like I love a five but we came pretty close. I would date this book for a few years at least before cheating on it with a five, breaking up with it, and setting fire to its cds.
Three OWLS - This book was likeable but bothersome. I had a few issues with it but was still able to enjoy parts of it. It's not you. It's me. No, it's probably you. I'll call you.
Two OWLS- For a book to fall into this category there can be two different situations. Either A) The book was boring and I had to force myself to finish it or B) The book might have been entertaining, but I didn’t like the book a lot overall, and there were many things I disliked about it. I'm not going to call this book back. If this book friend requests me on Facebook I am going to ignore it with some serious side eye. Doesn't this book remember how bad our relationship was? Why do I want to see this book's instagram updates on my friend's list? And furthermore...
One [lonely and very sad] OWL - There wasn't anything likeable or redeeming about this book. If there was anything to like about it the rest of the book must have been too awful to be saved. Books that wind up in this category were painfully boring AND/OR offensive in some way. This book was a waste of my time and baking skills and I will not be seeing it again. This book never threw its dirty clothes in the hamper. I'm too busy for this book. I am doing stuff, Lori. Things.
